5. REGULAMENTO DO ETHEREUM

Nos Estados Unidos, a Lei de Proteção ao Consumidor de Commodities Digitais proposta trataria o Ethereum e outras criptomoedas como commodities, que poderiam então ser reguladas pela Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).[78][79]

O regulamento do Ether, bem como das outras criptomoedas será tratado em um artigo próprio.
